Given the projected increase of the prevalence of edentulous patients in the near future due to population aging and poor oral health, edentulism is considered as pandemics in our times. Managing the edentulous patient is a real challenge for the dentist.

Among the treatment options, removable prostheses are a versatile, cost-effective and reversible treatment modality to replace missing teeth in edentulous patients.
